The Listener Line Triage
Client: Moorland FMRadio station · Halifax
Moorland FM studios, Halifax · Late-night, wry
Moorland FM gets thousands of texts and emails during the breakfast show, and the urgent ones (a road closed, a lost dog, a listener in trouble) get buried under song requests. Sam wants a model to triage them. Five years of past messages are archived in a format the old studio system 'secured', and nobody kept the keys.
Team goal · 1,000 gems
Everyone on this contract works toward one sign-off from Moorland FM. Sign-off means triage runs on every show and Moorland FM brings us their next three projects.

The studio archive
An unknown Caesar shift on the text archive and Vigenère with forgotten keywords on the emails. Nobody kept any keys.
